Product Introduction

  • The S-M(F) High Overload Capacity Distribution Transformer is specially designed to withstand short-term high load operation. It features strong overload capability and excellent operational stability. By optimizing the core structure, winding design, and insulation system, the transformer achieves improved heat dissipation and thermal stability, allowing it to operate safely and reliably under short-term heavy load conditions.
  • Compared with conventional distribution transformers, the S-M(F) High Overload Capacity Distribution Transformer can maintain a higher load factor while effectively preventing damage caused by temporary overload conditions. This improves power supply reliability and reduces operation and maintenance costs.
  • Without affecting the normal service life of the transformer, this series can withstand the following overload conditions:
  • 1.5 times the rated load for 6 hours
  • 1.75 times the rated load for 3 hours
  • 2 times the rated load for 1 hour
  • With enhanced thermal stability and structural strength, the transformer effectively prevents overheating or burnout under short-term heavy load conditions.
