Product Introduction

The 10kV SGB series H-class insulation dry-type transformers are designed for environments with high fire safety requirements, large load fluctuations, and harsh, polluted, or humid conditions. T
ypical applications include airports, power plants, metallurgical operations, hospitals, high-rise buildings, shopping centers, densely populated areas, as well as specialized environments such as petrochemical plants, nuclear power stations, and nuclear submarines.

Application Scenarios

The 6–22kV SGB Series H-Class Insulation Dry-Type Transformer is widely used in power distribution systems requiring high safety, reliability, and thermal performance, such as industrial plants, power stations, commercial buildings, and public infrastructure.
With its excellent heat resistance and waterproof performance, it is particularly suitable for harsh environments including high-humidity areas, coastal regions, underground facilities, tunnels, and locations with high fire protection requirements. It is also ideal for applications with heavy loads and frequent load fluctuations.

Product Features

Unique porcelain insulation structure using MORA insulation cylinders and high-frequency ceramic pads, ensuring permanent shape stability.
High- and low-voltage windings use DuPont NOMEX insulation materials and undergo multiple VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) processes with special H-class insulating varnish and repeated curing. High-voltage windings feature mechanically robust, continuous winding structures with excellent heat dissipation.
Core made of high-quality, high-permeability silicon steel sheets stacked in a 45° full-slant configuration. Windings are elastically fixed to the core, ensuring low no-load losses and low noise. The core surface undergoes special processing. Clamping is done with tie rods and top/bottom clamps connected to the base, with windings secured via elastic pads to reduce vibration and noise.
Lead terminals are fixed on the top of the windings, tap connections in the middle, and low-voltage terminals use plate busbars with argon arc welding.
